Frequently Asked Questions
Who do you work with?
Many organizations. From Fortune 500s to startups to small businesses and nonprofits, across different industries. And in partnership with great agencies—I thrive on variety. Here are a few clients I have worked with.
How long will it take?
Typically, a 20 slide presentation can be completed within a week or two. The turnaround time depends on a few factors: availability, complexity, and length.
If you need to skip to the front of the line, I can provide rush service for an additional fee.
What's your process?
1. We'll have a quick 15 minute video call to discuss what you need.
2. I will put together an estimate and timeline for your review.
3. Upon approval, you'll sign a contract and NDA, and submit your initial deposit (50% of estimated fee).
4. I will create the look and feel of your presentation, and share 3-5 slides for your edits and/or approval.
5. Once approved, I'll build out the entire deck with your content.
6. We will review the presentation on a video call, and I will make any revisions. Repeat as needed.
7. You approve presentation and pay the balance due.
8. Your final, fully editable presentation file is delivered to you.
9. You knock your audience's socks off.
What if I need help with a presentation, but I'm not sure what exactly I need?
We'll have a call to discuss and I will make recommendations to help you get where you want to go.
Can't I just use a template and AI designer from inside PowerPoint?
Absolutely. However, I find that most one-size-fits all shortcuts end up looking like just that. There's no free hack to get custom, high-end results. Even with AI.
Is your service expensive?
That depends.
Are you used to creating your own presentations that are pretty 'meh'? Then yes, my service may seem expensive.
Do you want to have a completely customized, professional and streamlined presentation that keeps your audience interested so that you can spend your time on the other aspects of your job? Then no. Not expensive. Value-packed.
